Yellow River Ya Fishery-Solar Complementary Project
The Huangheya Fishery–Solar Complementary Project has a total capacity of 1,158.3 kW. Construction was completed in February 2024, and the project is located in Jizhuang Village, Huangheya Town, Dezhou City, enabling the owner to achieve dual benefits from both fish farming and power generation.
The Fuyang Ocean Park project has a total capacity of 877.8 kW. Invested and constructed by Fuyang Yaotai Ocean Park Culture & Tourism Co., Ltd., the project was completed and connected to the grid in March 2024. It is located in Fuyang County, Anhui Province.
Dezhou Julin Municipal Project
The Dezhou Julin Municipal Project has a total capacity of 697.18 kW. Phase I was completed and connected to the grid in September 2023, Phase II was completed and connected in April 2024, and Phase III was finished in August 2024. The project is located in the Shawang Community, Development Zone, Dezhou City.
The Qihé Qicheng Project has a total capacity of 639.65 kW. The project was completed and connected to the grid in June 2024, and is located in Qihé County, Dezhou City.

Shandong Yonghui Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd.’s ground‑mounted photovoltaic project utilizes 8,694 Jinko N‑type 575 Wp monocrystalline silicon bifacial double‑glass Class A PV modules, with a total capacity of 4,999.05 kW. The project is located on the premises of Fushan Coking Company in Zhangdian District, Zibo City.
